Description
Foodfighters is a two-player tactical game, where meats and and veggies square off to prove which is the greatest food group. On your turn, you will roll for Beans, which are the currency in the game, swap two of your fighters, or launch an attack on the opposition. You can spend Beans to earn special items and power cards to give you an edge on the competition. The first player to eliminate three identical fighters on the opposing team, wins!
Kids can learn basic strategy for games and how to plan their moves, but likely the most important lesson Foodfighters teaches is how to lose. Each game round is short and so the stakes don’t feel so high. Losing one round teaches kids that it’s not the end of the world and they can play another game right after. This is a lesson that most games can teach, but Foodfighters delivers that message in an easy to learn way.
